There are many types of brushes but the most important thing is that you have to remove plaque from all surfaces of ur teeth, because plaque is the main cause of gum diseases. flossing is also useful in removing plaque from ur teeth. But proper technique is very important for efficient flossing. Floss is also available in many flavors, textures and coatings.
 Similarly toothpastes are also essential in maintaining mouth health. Ask your dentist about the toothpaste which is according to your need.
 Mouthwash are also necessary to some extent.
